Our Story
We believe mental health support should never be limited to only those who can afford it.
The Edmonton Healing Centre exists to provide the highest quality psychological care to as many people in Edmonton as possible. We exist as a non-profit impact model, designed to amplify the services we can provide by using the fees we collect from our standard-rate therapy to subsidize the cost of therapy for others in need. Together, we create a ripple effect of care.
We welcome everyone–every background, identity, age, religion, ethnicity, and financial position. Whether you’re navigating grief, stress, trauma, or a life change, we’re here to meet you where you are.
As a program of Jewish Family Services of Edmonton, we operate as a non-faith-based, nonprofit, community-centred mental health service that is supported by partners and organizations who deeply care about wellness in Edmonton. We are forever grateful to those who support our mission by investing, partnering, and referring.

Therapy you can afford
Cost should never be a barrier to healing. Even our highest rates are about 20% lower than the suggested rate posted by the Psychologists Association of Alberta.

The Jewish Family Service of Edmonton (JFSE) is a not for profit organization that has been serving the Edmonton community since the 1950s. We envision a world of economic and social justice, where individuals, families and communities care for and support one another.
